Indiana Pacers - Fox Sports
During the 2015-16 NBA season, I worked as a video editor/producer and production assistant for Fox Sports Midwest, helping to create content for Fox Sports Indiana's broadcasts of Indiana Pacers games. My various contributions to the broadcasts included editing content for the pregame show, halftime show, and rejoins for coming back from commercial breaks. Below are some examples of the work that I edited for the broadcasts, many of which are comprised of footage that I shot during the season.
A short feature I produced about Paul George's recovery and return to the team this 2015-16 season. The feature aired during the halftime show of an Indiana Pacers television broadcast by Fox Sports. I edited the feature and shot the interviews with another cinematographer.
A short feature I produced over the Indiana Pacers' Assistant Coach Dan Burke, his coaching style, and relationship to some of the team members. I edited the feature and filmed the interviews with another cinematographer.
A fan appreciation video for the Indiana Pacers' final home game of the regular season. I edited the video from footage I shot throughout the season. The music is Weezer's "Wind in Our Sail." The video aired during Fox Sports Indiana's broadcast of the game.
A short feature highlighting a day that Pacers players Solomon Hill and Joe Young spent at the zoo with kids from the Pacers Program, learning about conservation, orangutans, and going green. I edited the feature from footage that was shot by another producer. The feature aired on Fox Sports Indiana during an Indiana Pacers broadcast.
A short feature over a ceremony held for the Indiana Fever's Tamika Catchings, who's in her last year playing for the team. The ceremony was hosted by Chris Denari and featured many prominent Indianapolis faces, including former mayor, Greg Ballard, and former Indianapolis Colts head coach, Tony Dungy. I edited the feature from footage that I shot at the event and archival footage. The feature aired on Fox Sports Indiana's broadcast of an Indiana Pacers game.
A tease I edited for the last Pacers Hickory night at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. The tease was edited from footage that I shot during previous games. The music is Panic! at the Disco's "Victorious." The tease aired during Fox Sports Indiana's broadcast of the Pacers game.
